These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sbclive4d ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the sbclive4d online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at sbclive4d.cam (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of the account. Account sharing, account transfer, and playing on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of sbclive4d.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform. Any attempt by a self-excluded user to open a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

To access the full range of sbclive4d services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated, and any associated balances may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at the time of registration. Any changes to your personal details must be notified to sbclive4d promptly via the support team.
• You must keep your login credentials — including username and password — strictly confidential. You must not disclose these to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify sbclive4d immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• sbclive4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All accounts are subject to ongoing KYC monitoring. sbclive4d may request proof of identity (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard procedure required for the security of all platform users.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. The following conditions govern your day-to-day use of sbclive4d:

• You must use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You acknowledge that all gaming activities carry an inherent risk of financial loss and that outcomes are determined by chance and applicable game rules.
• You agree not to use any software, tools, or systems to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, odds scrapers, or artificial intelligence systems.

• All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and settled odds resulting from a technical error, sbclive4d reserves the right to void affected bets.
• sbclive4d provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times.

sbclive4d supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate fast and convenient transactions. The following terms govern all financial activity on the Platform:

• Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts on supported instant payment methods. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• sbclive4d reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requests for additional KYC documentation.
• sbclive4d does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees.
• All transactions on sbclive4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.

In cases where funds are deposited using a payment method that cannot be used for withdrawals (e.g., certain cryptocurrency wallets), sbclive4d will process the withdrawal via an alternative method subject to verification.

sbclive4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Bonus eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
• sbclive4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of any bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside of the Platform.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the sbclive4d Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during the account lifecycle.
• Creating more than one account per individual (whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any live casino, sports betting, or other gaming context.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or digital means to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human input.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform or its payment systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or discovered errors will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or access the source code or infrastructure of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward sbclive4d staff or other players.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.

All content on the sbclive4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of sbclive4d or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights and does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from sbclive4d.
• Use the sbclive4d brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose or in any manner that implies an association with or endorsement by sbclive4d.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbclive4d, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform at any time.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or service interruptions that affect the availability of the Platform.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional details.

You acknowledge and agree that online gaming carries inherent financial risk, and that all funds wagered may be lost. sbclive4d does not guarantee any particular outcome from any gaming activity conducted on the Platform.

sbclive4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Controls: Set session duration reminders or automatic logout timers.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon immediately.

sbclive4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment dispute initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being used in a manner that exposes sbclive4d or other users to financial, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon termination of an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

You may also request to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

sbclive4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance — for example by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address registered on your account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of operation.

In the event of a dispute between sbclive4d and a User, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting sbclive4d's support team. We are committed to addressing all complaints promptly and fairly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause restricts your right to make a complaint to a relevant regulatory or consumer protection authority.

Notwithstanding the above, sbclive4d may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
